How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your account, open Mail Track for Gmail and open the Account/Preference parameters. You can cancel your account anytime. On the same page click on “Cancel”.
Follow the instructions and the subscription will be canceled immediately afterward. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, you will still be able to use your Mail Merge license, up to the last day of the subscription.

What is your refund policy?

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your Premium subscription within 30 days of the purchase. Please contact our support team to request a refund at contact@mailtrack.email.
